1 General Information

299beta (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is an online Sports Betting service provider based in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions govern all services, bonus offers, payment operations, and user conduct on the Platform.

By registering and creating an account on 299beta, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using the Platform.

These terms are available in both Bangla and English. In the event of any dispute, the Bangla version shall prevail.

2 Account Registration

3 Age Verification & KYC

299beta is committed to protecting minors from betting. We believe responsible betting starts with verifying that all users are of legal age.

Age verification is mandatory in the following situations:

• Before your first withdrawal.
• When total deposits exceed ৳50,000.
• If the platform has reason to doubt a user's stated age.
• When claiming any major bonus.

If KYC verification is not completed, your account may be temporarily suspended and withdrawals will not be processed. A National ID, passport, or birth registration certificate is accepted for verification.

4 Deposits & Payments

• Maximum withdrawal: ৳1,00,000 per day (৳5,00,000 per day for verified accounts).
• The payment method used for withdrawals must match the method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals for KYC-verified accounts are processed within 8–15 minutes.
• Withdrawals from unverified accounts may take 24–72 hours to process.
• Withdrawals flagged for suspicious activity will be temporarily held pending investigation.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

299beta regularly offers bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with specific terms that must be read before claiming.

Welcome Bonus:

• 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳10,000.
• Wagering Requirement: 10x the bonus amount.
• Wagering must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once per account.

General Bonus Terms:

• Winnings from bonus play can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirements have been met.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time.

7 Betting Rules

• Placing bets on fixed matches or when the outcome is already known.
• Placing bets using software, bots, or automated systems.
• Using another person's account or selling your account.
• Using 299beta for money laundering purposes.
• Using fraudulent payment details or stolen payment methods.
• Attempting to bypass or circumvent the platform's security measures.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

299beta reserves the right to close or suspend any account for the following reasons:

• Registering with false information.
• Incomplete KYC verification.
• Breach of terms.
• Suspicious transactions or betting patterns.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

You may close your account at any time. Any remaining balance (excluding bonuses, provided wagering requirements have been met) will be refunded.

10 Responsible Gaming
